- Incorporated in Malaysia; Malaysia Digital (MD) or MSC status required (or to be obtained within grant period); ≥51% Malaysian-owned; min paid-up capital RM50,000 (MDCG) or RM500,000 (MDCG Tier 2); min 1yr operation; digital/technology primary activity
Revenue-generating tech SME or growth company; MD status preferred; project must address E&E / semiconductor / advanced manufacturing within MD-promoted sectors
